1. Course Refunds

School Partnership Programs

For school or institutional partnership programs, refund terms are governed by the applicable agreement.

  • Cancellation before commencement: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation after commencement: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions only

2. Demo & Trial Sessions

Free Demo Sessions

Free demo sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled without any charge.

Paid Trial Sessions

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session

3. Special Circumstances

OLIX Learning may consider refunds outside the standard policy under special circumstances, including:

  • Medical emergencies with valid documentation
  • Permanent relocation to areas where services are unavailable
  • Verified service quality issues attributable to OLIX
  • Cancellation of programs by OLIX Learning

All such cases are reviewed individually and resolved at the discretion of OLIX Learning Private Limited.

4. Refund Request Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Send a refund request to info@olix.in along with your enrollment or order details.

Step 2: Review

Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Step 3: Crediting

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
